Vats for preparation of cottage cheese by fermentation of pasteurized milk
Preparation of cottage cheese by fermentation of pasteurized milk. Vats are made of stainless steel, have double walls and heating system. The vats can also be equipped with stainless steel covers.
The VT vat has a space between the walls, which is formed between the inner casing and the outer casing. The space between the walls is filled through the tube with hot or cold water, respectively, to heat or to cool the product. Exit (overflow) of water is done through the overflow pipe. In the end wall of the bath thereis a drain valve (butterfly valve) for discharging the product. It is possible to connect a temperature sensor (RTD) and a product temperature monitoring device. Temperature sensors and temperature control device are provided on request.
