Structure of the vacuum evaporation plant

The vacuum evaporation unit is a sealed cylindrical container made of stainless steel, equipped with a tubular type heating and mixing device with a drive. The unit also includes a hot water treatment unit, a plate-type condenser, vapor catchers and a control system.The vacuum in the apparatus is created by vacuum pump.

The hot water treatment unit is made either with steam heating or with electric heating.

Vacuum in the apparatus is controlled by a vacuum gauge.The set operating temperature of the product is maintained and controlled by a control system with an indication of the values.
