Description

The container is made of steel AISI321. Removable grids are located around the perimeter. The number of shelves and the distance between them can be changed in accordance with the production needs according to the technical specifications below. The shelves can be pulled out of the container along special guides. In the lower part there are two rectangular profiles for the forks of the forklift. The design features of the racks allow them to be arranged in three tiers.

The shelves of the container, on which the cheese is located, are made of stainless steel by stamping.
The profile geometry of the surface has special grooves for brine drainage.

Purpose

Designed for salting and storage of cheeses; freezing and storage of fish, meat and other food products in freezers; drying in drying chambers and storage of fruit and berry, vegetable products, herbs; storage of a wide range of products in a production environment.

Features and advantages

In the basic delivery set there are separate assembly units:

side frames - 2 pcs
beams - 12 pcs
shelves -18 pcs. (three shelves one per tier)
rectangular profile for forklift - 2 pcs
side grilles: large - 2 pcs., small - 2 pcs

At the request of the Customer, containers can be supplied in any configuration for assembly units and in any design for specific requirements. If necessary, containers can be equipped with wheel supports.
