Control cabinet for pasteurizing and cooling plant

The control panel is designed for automatic and manual control of the pasteurizer .
The control panel provides the following functions:

  • Automatic and manual control of pumps and valves
  • Automatic maintenance of pasteurization and cooling temperatures
  • Built-in programs for offline cleaning of plant
  • Possibility of external permission of product dispensing (to work with packaging machines)
  • Possibility to connect plant to SCADA systems via Ethernet
  • Archives
  • Rack or wall mounted

The control panel is manufactured using OMRON controller and frequency converters, SMC pneumatic components, Chint and IEK electrical devices.

CIP station control panel

The control cabinet is designed for automatic and manual control of the CIP station.
The control cabinet provides the following functions:

  • Automatic and manual preparation of solutions
  • Automatic maintenance of temperature during equipment cleaning
  • Automatic maintenance of concentration during equipment cleaning
  • Automatic capacity or pressure control
  • Ability to select the full wash cycle or its components
  • Automatic self cleaning
  • Ability to connect CIP-station to SCADA systems via Ethernet
  • Archives

Mixing Station Control Cabinet

The control cabinet is designed to control the station for mixing liquid products.
The control cabinet provides the following functions:

  • Automatic mixing of product components in the ejection chamber in the flow
  • Automatic maintenance of the concentrations of the components in the product according to the recipe
  • Archiving
  • Mixing up to 5 components
  • Ability to connect to SCADA systems via Ethernet
  • Rack or wall mounted

The control cabinet is manufactured using OMRON controller and frequency converters, SMC pneumatic components, flowmeters "VZLET" and RM-5P, Chint and IEK electrical devices.

Pumps/Agitators Control Cabinet 

The control cabinet is designed to control pumps and/or agitators.
The control cabinet provides the following functions:

  • Pumps/mixers on/off
  • Level indication in tanks
  • Product temperature display
  • Automatic tank filling with overfill protection
  • Automatic tank emptying with pump dry-running protection
  • Rack or wall mounted

One control cabinet can contain up to 3 control groups (pump + stirrer + temperature).

Control cabinet for pasteurization baths

The control cabinet is designed to control the pasteurization bath
The control cabinet provides the following functions:

  • Heating and maintaining the temperature of the product
  • Heat carrier temperature indication
  • Agitator control with automatic protection against unauthorized opening of the product door
  • Automatic tank filling with overfill protection
  • Automatic tank emptying with pump dry-running protection

Fat melter control cabinet 

The control cabinet  is designed to control the fat melter
The control cabinet provides the following functions:

  • Product temperature maintenance
  • Heating and maintaining the temperature of the heat carrier
  • Heat carrier circulation with automatic dry-running protection
  • Product circulation
  • Rack or wall mounted

Control cabinet  for milk receiving station

The control cabinet  is designed to control the milk receiving station
The control cabinet  provides the following functions:

  • Separation of air dissolved in the product
  • Primary product cleaning
  • Accounting for received milk
  • Switching on/off the pump with dry-running protection
  • Measuring the product temperature (optional: maintaining the set temperature using a heat exchanger and control systems)
  • Archiving with the ability to retrieve information on a hard drive (SD card or Ethernet)
  • Rack or wall mounted
