Pasteurizing baths (starter plants) OZU-0,63

Description

The starter plant OZU-0.63 is a thermally insulated tank equipped with devices for loading and discharging the product, a stirrer, heating and cooling coils, level sensors, temperature control sensors for the pasteurization and fermentation process.
The tank consists of internal and external baths and lining. The space between the outer bath and the lining is filled with thermal insulation, in the space between the inner and outer baths (in the water jacket) there are heating and cooling coils, as well as an overflow pipe.
The inner and outer baths consist of a shell and a bottom. A pipe for product release is welded to the bottom of the inner bath. To drain the product completely, the bottom has an inclination towards the outlet.
In the upper part of the water jacket a coil is welded to supply ice water.
An overflow pipe, a pipe for draining water from the jacket and a coil for supplying steam are welded to the bottom of the outer bath.
It is forbidden to connect an overflow pipe to a closed tank, as in this case, excess pressure may be created in the interswall space.
Mixing of a product is carried out by a two-level paddle stirrer. The agitator is driven by a worm gear motor.
The top of the tank is closed with a lid, which consists of two parts: movable and fixed.
