Pasteurizing baths G6-OPA-600 (G6-OPB-1000)

DESIGN DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION PRINCIPLE

Pasteurization Bath G6-OPA-600 (G6-OPB-1000) is a thermally insulated tank equipped with product heating devices, a stirrer, a device for filling and draining the product.
The tank includes an inner stainless steel bath enclosed in a double-walled outer casing. A steam distribution head is located under the inner bath, to which steam is supplied through a pipeline. A branch pipe is located in the outer bottom to drain water from the interwall space. Overflow pipes serve to maintain the water level in the interwall space.
Mixing of the product is carried out by a stirrer driven by a worm gear motor. The finished product is released through a exhaust valve. To release the product completely, the bottom has an inclination towards the outlet.
The tank is closed from above by a lid, consisting of two parts: movable and fixed. When lifted, the lid cuts off the agitator drive via the limit switch.
The bathtub is installed on three supports located at an angle of 120°.
The product is heated by heating water in the interwall space with the steam. To improve heat transfer, the product is mixed with a stirrer. Cooling of the product in the bath is carried out by filling the interwall space with cool water. It is forbidden to connect an overflow pipe with a closed container, as in this case, excess pressure may be created in the interwall space.
