Plate heat exchanger manufactured
A two-section plate heat exchanger for cream cooling was manufactured for a dairy in the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow region at the beginning of July.
In the first section, the cream is cooled with artesian water from +45°C to +16°C, and in the second section there is a final cooling with ice water to the set temperature (+8°C).
The heat exchanger EM 13-102-120/41-4500 has a capacity of 4500 liters per hour.
