Pasteurization bath is made
At the beginning of April 2022, a long-term pasteurization bath VDP-2000 with electric heating was manufactured for a dairy plant located in the Vladimir region.
The bath has a working volume of 2000 liters and is equipped with tubular electric heaters with a capacity of 72 kW. In the long-term pasteurization bath, the setting and precise automatic maintenance of the temperatures of technological cycles is ensured.
