Electrical pasteurizer is manufactured
In June, an electric flash-pasteurizer A1-OPE with infrared heating was manufactured for the winery in the Stavropol Territory.
The pasteurizer has a capacity of 100 l/hr, it works in automatic mode. The control system is made of Omron component parts. Operator touch panel displays technological processes. It has a user-friendly interface and the function of archiving parameters for creating reports.
The PID controller maintains the pasteurization temperature with an accuracy of ±0.5°C.
