Designed for cooling the intermediate coolant in a closed loop. Water can be used as an intermediate coolant, in this case the minimum possible temperature at the outlet of the heat exchanger is +3 ... +4°C. Brine can also be used as an intermediate coolant (a solution of propylene glycol or ethylene glycol, potassium formate, etc.) in this case, the minimum possible temperature at the outlet of the heat exchanger can be -35 ... -40°C.
Application: It is used to cool the coolant (water, antifreeze), which is subsequently supplied to the consumer by means of a pump through a hydraulic circuit to an intermediate heat exchanger for cooling food raw materials or without an intermediate heat exchanger for technological equipment. These installations can be used for work in the food, meat and dairy and processing industries. In the technological processes of cooling milk and dairy products, beer, juices, alcoholic beverages and for direct cooling of equipment.
Chillers for UPT cottage cheese pressing and cooling units and OPE and OKL pasteurizers based on hermetic and semi-hermetic reciprocating, scroll compressors manufactured by Copeland, Danfoss, Bitzer, Manurop and DORIN.
