Description

Purpose

In the dairy industryhomogenizers are used for crushing of fat globules in milk and liquid dairy products, as well as ice cream mixes.
In the canning industry, homogenizers are used for the homogenization of yoghurts, ketchups, various pastes (fruit, berry, vegetable pure and with fillers), as well as in the production of meat, liver pastes and mixtures.
In the fat and oil industry- for the production of margarine and mayonnaise.
In the confectionery industry- in the production of syrups, chocolate mass, caramel syrups.
In the perfume industry- homogenization of creams and pastes in order to obtain a fine structure and prevent delamination during prolonged storage.
In the paint industry- homogenization of paints and varnishes (except explosive).
Homogenized paint and varnish materials can be applied in a thin layer, coloring substances-pigments become finely dispersed, significant savings are created. Homogenization is also used in the production of adhesives, the quality of bonding increases and their consumption decreases.

Process

The homogenizer is a high-pressure multi-piston pump with a homogenizing head. The drive is carried out by an electric motor using a V-belt transmission. The homogenization process is carried out by passing the product under high pressure and at high speed through the homogenizing head (in the gap between the lapped valve and the seat). The pressure in the homogenizer is regulated by the rotation of the screws that change the size of the gap between the valve and the seat. At the same time, the homogenization pressure required for a particular product is set at the first stage, and the working pressure is set at the second stage.

Features and advantages

The basic model is available with one stage of homogenization, which provides a degree of homogenization (depending on the pressure and fat content of the product) up to 85%.

At the request of the customer, it is possible to produce homogenizers with two stages of homogenization (in this case, the price of the homogenizer increases by 25,000 rubles).
