The fat melter produced by our company stands out among other similar equipment presented on the market by a combination of design and technological advantages.

Device

The fat melter is a rotating hollow drum made of stainless steel pipes. The pipe space of the drum is designed to supply a heat carrier (hot water) to it. The drum is located above the collection tub of the melted product. The tubular drum is equipped with a convenient loading window with lockable shutters. For ease of operation, a special stainless steel shelf is located in the loading area. To protect personnel from accidental splashing of the product, as well as to reduce heat loss, the drum is closed with a special lid equipped with pneumatic lifting devices. The collection bath of the melted product has a prismatic bottom to ensure complete drainage, as well as to ensure sanitary and hygienic standards, it is equipped with a pipe with a butterfly valve and a temperature sensor of the molten product. The fat melter is also equipped with a hot water temperature sensor. To ensure an efficient melting process, the grease burner housing, the top cover and the product collection bath are insulated.

A drive station is located on the end part of the station and rotates of the drum.

The fat melter is equipped with a control panel included in the basic composition.

Applications

In the food industry: for the preparation of combined oils, spreads, ice cream, margarine, melting chocolate mass, preparation of condensed milk and various fillings.
In the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry: in the preparation of creams, lubricants, ointments, etc. The fat melter is used in the pharmaceutical industry for melting solid lipids and is a mandatory element of equipping sites for the production of ointments, gels, creams and other fat-containing preparations.

Process

Blocks of fat are loaded inside a tubular drum. After loading the window shutters are closed and the top cover is lowered. The operating mode of the unit is switched on from the control panel (rotation of the drum), a heat carrier (hot water) is supplied to the pipe space. Coming into contact with the hot surface of the tubular drum, the fat begins to melt. The molten product flows into the receiving bath. At the same time, the lower part of the rotating tubular drum is always in the molten hot product.

After the end of the technological cycle, the molten product is pumped by a pump for further use.

At the request of the Customer, the fat melter can be equipped with a special stainless steel pump for pumping the finished product.

Features and advantages

This design feature of the fat burner allows you to achieve three positive results at once:

The melted product is mixed by means of a rotating drum.
The non-melted blocks of fat, located mainly in the lower part of the rotating drum, are constantly washed with hot molten product, which significantly intensifies the technological process.
A hot rotating drum constantly heats the finished melted product in the collection bath, thereby preventing the thickening of the finished product.
